  1. I think this suggests that my comp is having trouble loading the necessary textures for all those things. I bought a new SSD for that reason but that didn't fix it. I'm playing on a new installation of Windows 7 on the SSD with no software on the SSD besides Fallout 4 and Google Chrome (which is off when I play the game). My specs: GTX 970 @stock (temps don't go beyond 70C in-game) i5 2500k @4.2 Ghz (temps don't go beyond 65C in-game) 8gb DDR3 ram @1600Mhz Gigbayte Z68p-DS3 motherboard Samsung 850 EVO 250 gb SSD @ 6gbps SATA I also tried installing the ENBoost mod and setting my total ram size at 6 gb by following the steps in this video: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/332/? And I also download the Dynamic Shadow Boost mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1822/? And while these two mods did improve my general performance, the above two issues in the topic title are still a problem. What can I do to solve them short of completely buying a new computer? Also the actual game settings: Everything on max except -Shadows on high -Shadow distance on medium -God rays on low and full screen (I tried borderless but it didn't fix the problems and actually introduced some sound delay when weapons are fired) Also tried 'iPresentinterval' enabled and that also made general performance smoother but didn't fix problems in the title.
  2. http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Character_attributes the table at the bottom. Please, I've been waiting for something like this ever since the game released and still nothing
  3. Can anyone fix the arrows so that they don't move up and down when you have them drawn? It's visible in both first and third person and it looks more like a bug than a design feature.
  4. okay I did some testing with the load order and I discovered that when I have both CCO and ASIS deactivated, the 10 rings problem is fixed. Only 2 would be produced. But when i activate either CCO or ASIS, the bug comes back. I doubt it's ASIS's fault because I don't think that affects crafting. So the problem must lie with CCO. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?
  5. I have a few smithing mods like SPO, CCO, and Crafting Breakdown but even when I disable all of them the bug remains. I've tried searching around the web but no one seems to be have had the same problem. Does anyone here know? I don't think any of the mods I have affect the amount of items created. Even if it did I doubt it would make things so horrible unbalanced.
  6. Thanks. I guess it confused me because when I played modded New Vegas the mod messages were always a one time deal.
  7. The notifications that usually show up when you've installed a mod for the first time, except I've had these mods for days now. It doesn't matter if I save the game or after the notifications go away either. Is there a reason the game thinks the mods are reinstalled each time I load it? How do I fix this?
  8. http://i.imgur.com/CC5OlkV.png http://i.imgur.com/uIV4bIG.png I'm not using any tree mods except for the official HD dlc. Not only do the LODs not match but the far away one looks like the trees are cut in half for some reason. Any ideas?
  9. Managed to fix the latter two texture problems...Switched the load order around a little and now everything works as intended. I thought BOSS was supposed to be helpful, lol. It screwed everything up. Anyway, I found another problem: http://i.imgur.com/HPl4gRg.png For some reason, when I enter my pipboy and then exit, my gun is switched to some weird left handed position. I have the Weapon Animation Replacers mod but I'm pretty sure that doesn't change anything to this extent. Any ideas? Also, still having trouble with the sky problem.
  10. The first one: http://i.imgur.com/iEWE5oE.png I think it's a problem with Nevada Skies. It doesn't show up on every sky but often enough that it's become annoying. I have the latest bugfix update for it too. The second: http://i.imgur.com/7Nty9ff.png For some reason the ash pile texture is showing up as wood... And lastly: http://i.imgur.com/NF4o34A.png Some bodies are showing up as pink, which I think means a missing texture. I've used archive invalidation manually and with NMM and nothing has proven fruitful. Any help? I think it might be a problem with NV Redesigned 2, but as you can see I have a compatibility patch for NVEC. 11. ugh, solved the problem. Apparently, setting the original NV exe to run as admin somehow turns it into a non-launcher exe. I have no idea how that works but there you go. And to fix the Fallout_Fullscreen.exe issue, set it to open with admin permission as well. Works completely as intended now. I feel stupid now but there ya go.
