[How to remove bugged "conjure frost/flame thrall" buffs?]

Yesterday i got the bug with the permanent "conjure frost/flame thrall" effects in addition to the actually active summoned ones.

How to get rid of these? I've tried "dispelallspells" in the console, but the excess buffs from atronach thralls can't be removed by it.

 

I'm gonna necro this thread, cuz I have this problem too right now.

I have searched everywhere, but I can't find a solution to this problem.

Does anybody know which face mod/s was used here? More specifically, what eyes, mouth and face mesh? I've searched, but haven't found anything. Is it a separate race? Would be perfect if it turns out to be a single mod ^^
