  1. Thanks for the reply Deeza. I have been popping over to dark creations for a while now and having a nose and can see the standards are very high but at the same time a great amount of support is available. I'll have a think to see if I can be any use to you; I'd love to be as I'd love this project to succeed but appreciate there's a big learning curve and wouldn't want to waste anyone's time.
  2. Say i was interested in helping with interiors or exteriors; How much time minimum would i need to be able to put in a week? I say this as I have a long commute weekdays so wouldn't find any time in the evenings. I am currently in between computers and therefore on my laptop, which will run the game and the CS but not enough to play seriously. Would this hinder me being able to help out? Could be a while till i can afford my next gaming PC. Not that I know (or post enough on here) about how Nexus run their forums, but this mod has the chance to really keep skyrim (and the elderscrolls series) going strong and provide a basis for any future expansions on future ES games so surely worth a pin? As for experience, i guess my sum total of modding experience is zero but i did change a few bits on oblivion for my own use, be it creating a few cut and paste custom armours in blender, the odd basic armour conversion and therefore am familiar, if not fluent in blender, gimp and nifskope as well as the Oblivion CS.
  3. So basically you replaced the default stuff with elements of all the clothing/armour replacers out there of different sizes? Good idea. I will bare all that in mind and now I have figured out this CS, the characters i see a bit stand out from each other and with the body spell and now being able to add custom clothing the world will not look the same anymore. Plus with some of the "realism mods" i have added i do get to see them naked every now and again :)
  4. Tried the esp to esm method but wouldn't do it for me, they just stayed naked. So looked into the CS and just added to the inventory using that and resaved mod.. Abit confusing at first but after an hour it proved to be a very cool resource i never even knew was there. Using designer body spell managed to get different body sizes as well so all in all very pleased with the prompt to use the CS as nothing worse than everyone looking the same. Thanks guys
  5. Thanks for the reply. I am new to this so bare with me, Skyrim PS3 player who came into oblivion afterwards. So basically, Use Wyre Bash to turn the esp for the clothing mod into an esm. Then go into the game, equip the NPCs with the clothing from the mod and then after that is done, save and then make the esm back into an esp?
  6. Hey everyone, I hope someone can give me some advice. Been playing oblivion for a few weeks now and all the mods I have installed seemed to be working just fine. I have CM Companions running and also Trade and Commerce. In terms of bodies: HGEC ECup with BBB, Better looking NPC's and a texture pack. My question is to do with Clothing/armour replacers. As you can imagine in my game I am quite attached with some of my NPC's and also the shopkeeper in TAC and thererefore wanted to "jazz" them up a bit with some clothing/armour replacers from the many that are available to make them a bit more unique. I have downloaded Dollparts Wild Flower Corsets and wanted to equip my archer from CM Companions with one of them but when i try to do so the NPC CM stayed naked so I tried it on the shopkeeper from TAC and the game crashed. Am i experiencing a one off or do these custom armour clothes tend not to work with NPC's? I tried the corset on myself and it worked but obvioulsy, playing a man it looked a bit silly. If anyone can offer any advice on whether a, I can equip NPC's with custom armours and clothing and b, is there something I am missing it would be much appreciated. Thanks funky
  7. I tried better looking NPC's but they are not that much better looking. I think there is this one TNR and also I am next going to try Modular Beautiful People. I will be saving my data folder before i put that one in.
  8. New to Oblivion, modding and the forum. So hey everyone! What i would say is I am on my third install now (in about the same number of weeks) and I am sure i will come across more problems but for the 3rd install I decided to favour BAIN (WyreBash) over OBMM and so far seems to be working for me as it is a lot easier to see where there may be a problem and then sort it whereas before I was just getting a crash on start up pretty much all the time with no idea why it was happening. It also gives you a greater understanding of what is actually happening when you install a mod. The only mods i've used on OBMM are the body installs as they tend not to put on ESPs etc but overwrite files in the data folder where the wizards are helpful, but the rest i have done with BAIN. Of your mods, I use AF, Darnified and HGEC body (as well as the skeletons and BBB etc) and they all work fine. I cannot talk about the other two as I don't have them, but the texture pack should be fine as long as it doesn't say it isn't compatible with any of those mods. Going to try and install Modular Beautiful People so will probably be on here crying in a few days.
