Exactly what I am talking about!

Hello Skyrim-folks, a few days ago I was watching Star Wars Episode 1 once again after a long while and when I saw Qui-Gon Jinn on Tatooine with the the poncho he was wearing, I thought "Hey, damn, that looks quite cool" So after looking around the Nexus for something similar (I did not found anything even close) the idea of making a request to someone who has the abilities to create something like this came to my mind. The concept: For the poncho-part I thought about the clothing, which is under the jacket of the Thalmor Robes (the dark purple part in the picture) + the trousers of the Thieves Guild Armor. It would be nice to hear some of your ideas and thoughts about this. And perhaps someone would actually do this...

I was waiting for something like this to come for such a long time. Very high respect for this!!!!! What I have been missing in this game was some kind of becoming ethereal AND intangible. The Ethereal shout really was disappointing at this point. Even by looking through 18092370123 of mods, I couldn't find anything that could make you intangible. So if thought about it being something like the ethereal visual effect and the "toggle clipping, tcl" script effect. Is something like this possible? I would really like to hear your opinion on this ;)
