Welp looks like a good game i'l give it a go.

I have tried to find the answer to this problem but no one else seems to have the same problem as me, i try to start the game up with f4se but all i get is the my screen blinking in and out for a couple of seconds and then a small blue circle just spins forever before i have to end the process, i have tried to use just the steam launcher but the same thing happens. any ideas on how to fix it.

i have been using nmm for 2 years now and never really had a problem but now mods ive had installed before are now no longer able to activate. i double click the selected mod i select a mod and click the activate button but nothing happens. it brings up the screen for a split second that says installing but immediatly dissapears like it usually does but now none of the mods are activating and if some work its only a select few. i have tried reinstalling nmm but it still didnt work, any ideas?
