I'm running Skyrim Special Edition & I'm having a big problem with mods not deploying. I'm running it from an external hard drive, which has proved to be a godsend to stop freezes, crashes etc.Where should my mods directory be? It is currently on the same drive but a lot of mods are not deploying, do I have to reinstall them all?

Is there any way to find out which mods are used in a save game?

I have followed the installation instructions to the letter and I cannot get this mod to work at all. Please help!!!

Does anyone know where/how I can change my controller settings for Skyrim SE?

This mod looks to be absolutely superb but, I just cannot get it to load. I've followed the installation instructions to the letter but.............nothing. The market in Solitude (assuming that is where this shop is supposed to be) is unchanged. Am I missing something? Please help by giving me step-by-step instructions. I realize that I'm being a pain and probably very naive, I'm sorry about that. I'm new to modding and would like to get into it further. Could anyone help please?
