i would test them out later, i just wanna have the modpack pre downloaded

My skyrim got corrupted again to the point where i needed to completely delete everything to get a new copy, when this happens i like to try out a new modpack, but its really frustrating that it still requires the Skyrim.ESM to download mods, i inserted an empty skyrim.ESM to the correct file to check if it worked and NMM immidiately let me back in to my mods. Can we please only require the ESM to be there when installing instead of on bootup?
