Before I dive too deep into this, I was wondering if anyone here had come up with a good solution for meddling with tool-tips. Some stuff that I have seen appears to just render a new one on top of an existing one. Is there a way to modify a tool tip before it is rendered the first time around(as in the local files themselves or maybe after the mouse hover event)?
