Please, PLEASE add the option. I've been wanting to reinstall FO4, but the new UI is just terrible to work with, to the point that I don't even feel like downloading anymore. I understand that a lot of work was prob put into it and that the owners may want to 'modernize' the look of the site, but a toggleable option for those who want the old UI back would be amazing.
