I found FWE to be a nuscence but really liked the weapons. Is there anyway to get just the weapons?

When i open the pipboy, i can go anywhere but my weapons screen, if i go to the weapons screen, my game will crash. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

I have encountered an error where when i reach the c weapons (cowboy repeater, crowbar) etc. in my pipboy or a trade menu, my game will crash, and i am looking for a good out-of-game inventory or save manager.
