[Newbie question.. How to Endorse a file?]

i am priyank.. i am a modeling,lighting and texturing artist in india.. right now playing skyrim

i liked this site and the mode managing software.. and i really liked some mods, but i dont know how to endorse them.

 

so please help me, i know this is a very noob ques but i guess endorsing is more important...
