Hey figured this was more appropriate then making a new thread but heres what im looking for:

 

A house, like a summer home etc. Just something small and quiet, i've been to the real estate site and looked at a few there but im unsure about how they work, as i've had problems in the past using building mods.

 

secondly, im looking for either an armour set or a clothing set that resembles not a cloak, or a cape, but a trench coat, kinda evil like. I dont know how to explain it but im sure someone out there could figure out what i meant by it.

 

Those are the two i've been having a hard time finding, im going to keep browsing randomly.
