I went to The Rift and looked at the post of the house were the Manual should be located but I can't seem to find the spot where it gives you the option the try to unlock it. I installed it properly because when I open the console commands and type in "help Celes" the weapon codes would show up, So I don't know if it's a glitch or I'm just not looking hard enough even though I spent 10 minutes looking at the house post.

My laptop used to always enter an unending loading screen until I found this mod called "Safety Load" here on Nexus, Ever since a downloaded it I've never entered that annoying unending loading screen again and I have over 90 active mods. Maybe check it out sometime and see if it works for you.

There is a mod by Dalquist called "High Level Enemies" your can find the mod here on Nexus and you can read its description to decide if you want it or not, It mentions something about enemies scaling with the player so Skyrim won't become too easy.

Maybe you could use console commands?
Maybe player.setav smithing ### <-(Skill level you want)
This won't increase your character's level just your skill level.

I sure hope I'm posting this in the right place this time.
I would love for someone to make a mod for ECE that adds sliders to modify your Lash length, Thickness, Width, etc. that is not attached to any eye and can be used individually and with any eye mod. It should be easy to do compared to any other mod.
