finally I got it! haha,, I just need to manually type : [Launcher] bEnableFileSelection=1 thanks to @centerdfender.. :D

um guys, i've got same problem with @thurisazshole, but the worst thing, I cannot find "bEnableFileSelection" line in my skyrim.ini. and i dont have any ideas why that line disappear. but I got a warning line said : "SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information." any suggestions guys? thank you. :)
