Despite the Disguise Self or Shapeshifter spell being active if you fail a stealth check/sleight of hand check when doing something dubious like pickpocketing you still get negative attitude for the character. I would love a mod that removes any negative attitudes being applied to a character in a different form through Disguise Self or Shapeshift.
