Oh its absolutely within the realm of possibility, i just cant believe anybody would be crazy enough to do all that work for free and risk being sued by capcom (modding in the case of japanese devs is a matter of tolerance, not support. Once you start making a multiplayer mod you are actively creating competition to their MMO title while using their copyrighted material.) Just Cause runs on a more moddable engine and the guys who made the multiplayer obviously had some kind of support or at least approval from the devs.

what about the eternal ferrystone you get by default? or do you not get that in hard mode?

For some reason i absolutely love the elite knight armour from dark souls, it gives me a magical feeling of being a sad knight in a dark fairytale. Therefore i would love to have it added to the game. If anyone with the required skill and a shared interest in this would be able to do it i would be eternally grateful. Alternatively I would also be very happy about some help regarding doing this myself since i have never done modding beyond very basic texturing in Stalker games. So if anyone has a few pointers on how to get this done please be kind and share them.
