  1. +1 for brighter torches. I use Realistic Lighting and love very dark nights. Torches as are, are unusable despite the radius being extended as part of RL -I believe. Really need a 'brighter' torch, not just a radius increase!
  2. This is a request for a range of 'Fancy Suits' for the more discerning gentleman (vampire). Perhaps something as simple as a retexture of this fabulous garb seen in Oblivion, updated for Skyrim: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/33605 Thanks for looking!
  3. Oooh, exciting times! I can feel us getting close... Keep on going, can't wait to play :)
  4. I'm so excited about this mod, I'm counting the days until release!
  5. Just a quick post to say thanks for doing such an awesome mod! I love 'Quasi Caligo' especially. Regarding death, perhaps you could be forcibly turned to mist and have to sleep in a coffin to regain your physical form. Just an idea! Keep up the great work! Please don't take too long, lol :P
  6. I have the same problem, even with the darkness setting at lowest, its the monitor I use and assume its the same for you. Torches and night eye are totally unnecessary, and the atmosphere is lacking. I've played Skyrim on a massive plasma screen(which handles contrast much better) and it is perfect. Just not on my monitor. Here is a makeshift solution I have found... Go to > Documents > My games > Skyrim > and open/edit your SkyrimPrefs.ini (make sure its not read only) About 20 lines from the top find "fGamma=1.8500" (this allows you to adjust the brightness beyond the scale of the ingame slider) Adjust this setting, save then test how you like it and adjust. I find setting the value to 1.8500 to be about right on my screen. Increments of 0.1 seem to fine tune it. Looks much better, although the solution is not perfect as the contrast is not balanced this way, it does improve things a great deal. ----------------------------------- +1 for a proper darker nights mod, along with better torch lighting effects!!!
  7. Hi there, I really want to play a Darkelf with the Highborn racial power. I'm reading guides and somewhat familiar with the console but can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone please help...? Thanks :)
  8. Personally I like the idea that I can't loot as a werewolf -IMO its not meant to be a creature with personality to consider such things. I do like the idea of revisiting the locations as a human, like the scene of a crime, to collect the loots. Anyway, heres an idea... How about after a kill, you gain a high combat health regeneration and strength boost, which would decline over time until you kill again. When you first transform, you would start with high strength/regen, but it would decline until you killed. This is quite similar to an oblivion mod I played and worked well. EDIT: just reread your previous post and realise this is what you already suggest, oops!
  9. @LithianLord, Good luck with the mod, I'll be keeping an eye out for it!
  10. (OP: you may or may not be aware) As far as I understand the guidebook, WW can 'choose' when to transform, once per day(or twice in certain circumstances). You then remain in wolf form for 2.5 minutes. Each corpse you feast on extends this time by 30 seconds. I like this idea, I guess the design is to force players into a frenzy while wolf, but the duration seems very short.
  11. I thought this would be in Skyrim given it was in Fallout. I'm dissapointed(if only a little) that its not.
  12. I've just stopped playing, if only for dinner! The game is wonderful, so many improvements have been made, surely inspired by many of the great mods for Oblivion. However, seems nothing has been done to improve the darkness, the game is still way too light for my liking. I came here looking to see if anyone has a fix yet. Added my vote for darker night, darker interiors...much needed.
