Disabled all settlement workshop mods (esps), new start & clean save. Have all the building materials. The "build" or "place" button in workshop mode is Always Gray. Unable to build or place anything. Objects already placed can be moved but can`t be placed. I really don`t konw what went wrong :( Appreciate your HELP guys!

Ah, I didn`t notice my character is at level 13, I`ll let my dragonborn to be level 22 or higher,and retry it. Very appreciate your help! :)

thank you. I also tried this ,but either jarl or steward, they only give me the reward, the Related dialogue just not display anyway. :(

I tried once, but none of them has Dialogue options ,that lead to house\thane. thank you！

Playing skyrim on PC with a new character, complete Quest:Alduin's Bane.Never traveled to dawnstar before.(received the letter from forkreath jarl),did NOT purchase any other house at any hold or city. Than I traveled to dawnstar,finished the quest： Quest:Waking Nightmare find the"Ring of Pure Mixtures",and brought to Frida bring the book to the blackSmith Leigelf When I get this all done, the jarl skald just says thanks for solving this nightmare, I didn't see any Dialogue options to buy a land or to be a thane！ I just installed two MODs maybe changed scripts about Quest and NPC`s dialogues(UFO , Live Another Life) installed ESM\ESPs: update.esm (my skyrim verson is 1.8 skyrim.esm :( hearthfires.esm Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9557 UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul.esp http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14037 Isilmerie.esp http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5727 Is anyone has problem just like this,do you have any solutions may fix my problem,or I did something wrong about installing MOD？ I appreciate your reply. :)
