Unless he has decades of experience as a brand consultant, you should be asking the community (or a brand consultant).

These lists would be a lot more interesting read if the mods weren't mostly top 100 files that everyone already knows about... It would be great to see either more diverse 'Staff Picks' or a new feature like 'Hidden Gems' or something...
