  1. Hi I was really keen on flying to Porrima II. Wanted to finally see the famous luxury holiday resort of Paradiso. Man, was I disappointed. The potential for a really cool spot is there. But I imagined something more similar to Risa from Star Trek. Seeing that tiny lake instead of a vast ocean really hit hard. That's why I wanted to try making just that: terraform that pathetic little lake into an ocean. But... yeah. I managed to lower some of the terrain, but then there is some kind of barrier / cell border after which the game just seems to (procedurally?) auto-generate land, no matter what I try. In the Creation Kit there is water visible before and after that 'barrier'. But in the game there is land. Seems I can only edit the terrain up to that barrier. Not sure how to better describe. I guess the Paradiso cell(s) / world thingy are defined up to this 'barrier'. And from then on, the game just keeps auto-generating land... *sigh* I searched for info on the web, watched and read tutorials, but couldn't find anything specific. Maybe I could add more editable cells to the Paradiso world cells somehow? Push the auto-generate barrier back that way? Or somehow mess with the terrain generation in order to have water showing at the cell border instead of terrain? Or edit the water level in a way that the generated terrain would be under water? Would greatly appreciate if anyone could share some info on how I might be able to solve this! Cheers!
  2. Don't worry! :) Thank you for trying. I appreciate the effort! Maybe you some other time - or someone else has time AND a little bit more luck (which as we all know has an affect on everything we do...). :sorcerer:
  3. :thanks: for your reply, Argomirr. Don't worry. I don't count on anything. But nevertheless - may your efforts be crowned with success! I think we'd be not the only ones, who would appreciate such an improvement. cheers!
  4. Hmmm... The only dragon mount I am aware of, is the (flyable) Akatosh Dragon... but this one has no saddle bags, as far as I know. There is also a rideable land dreugh mod available. Haven't tried that one out, so I don't know if it has saddle bags. But maybe this was what you meant... http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13192 or http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14662 If that's not what you were looking for and you don't happen to find your mod - maybe you have use for one of the other mounts as a substitute... Good luck finding your mod! :) cheers!
  5. Hello there! :) I just changed "fArrowBounceBlockPercentage" in the CS from 0.9500 to 0.1000 as I was extremely annoyed from the fact, that every time I held a massive iron or steel shield in an enemy's arrow's way - it simply went through, got stuck in my massive shield and still managed to hurt me... um... yea... :wallbash: Now, by having changed this value, when blocking there is a 90% chance that an arrow is bouncing off instead of only the vanilla 5%. The downside is, that this happens generally now when you try to block an arrow in any way - not only while blocking with a massive shield - but also if you block with a fur or leather shield - or even with a weapon. Which certainly is less realistic... I wish I were able to script... I would make it, that heavy, massive shields would provide a 100% bounce-off-chance, while light shields should have arrows getting stuck in them, but still provide a considerable amount of protection. Finally when blocking with a weapon, there should be almost no protection against arrows - unless having a high luck maybe - which could occasionally lead to holding the weapon in the arrow's way... um... by accident. :-) Maybe there is a talented scripter out there, who would also like the idea of getting more realism to this topic.....? :) Don't mind my imperfect English - I am not a native speaker. Damn prepositions... :P This is my first post on the forums. Hope I got the right spot. cheers!
