I built my p.c. from scratch, but besides the processor specs, it has 4 GIGs of RAM, Windows 7 Professional - 64 Bit. Harddrive with 423 Gigs of free space. Anything else you need? Thanks again.

I have an AMD Phenom II x4 945 processor and I cannot get the pc DVD to load/install Skyrim. I know that my processor has up to quad-core technology. Any tricks or tips on getting it to install/work? I don't want to give up and take it back. Thanks for your help!
