Yeah, that of course they did not attack for (freeing by dialogue) but I finally got around to pinpointing the problem, it's the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19/? One has to start a brand new save game in testing to see that it is the cause. Aside from alternate start mod, I thoroughly tested it as well. Brand new saves et cetera. -
The prisoners of the imperials that can be seen being escorted during the game, encountered on roads mostly, always attack me when I try to free them by attacking the imperials. Is this a sign of a bigger problem? Has anyone else experienced this glitch? What could be causing it? I think I know how to fix Skyrim's dodging or the lack thereof. The Skyrim mod Colorful Magic features a teleportation spell that behaves the way I'd like this dodge to, it doesn't need an animation or whatever the problem with all the dodging mods seems to be. Basically you'd just be making the game teleport similar to the Colorful Magic teleportation but in the direction of your double tap and of course at a much shorter range than Colorful Magic. I think the intended result can also be described as similar to the dodge in the game Chivalry Medieval Warfare that the man at arms class in that game performs. I think it's obviously possible since the creator of Colorful Magic has achieved more than this with their mod.

Oh yes, I've resolved the problem myself, I had a few skeletons left over from before I started trying to play Skyrim recently. Some redundant TBBP skeleton, probably already provided by Remodel Armor For CBBE and some other things I don't recall. Although I've forgotten the overall purpose, I do recall following the directions precisely but I guess there was some conflict with what I've recently been doing. Thank you all anyhow. -

Shiva could be a flame atronach and Ifrit could be a troll, doesn't have to be regular NPC but I guess I see why you'd want that i.e. it would be best to go with the flame atronach for Shiva. The dragon body isn't exactly proper for that version of Bahamut but a Skyrim appropriate Bahamut could be made of them, it will not matter. I guess however the gargoyle or vampire lord might be a good choice for dragon as well, even an NPC would be possible with flying and wings mods. Leviathon could be a wraith.

Is it possible to use one of the existing dance mods to replace the vanilla dance animation? Or maybe a modder would be willing to go through the trouble of making their own. It's just shy of completion already, and its talented mod author tumbajamba was proper enough to make their mod into a modder's resource, so, please, someone finish the wolf from Armored Sabre Cat Mount mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8978/? This, would be greatest mount ever in history, needs firstly the leg wrap textures fixed or the meshes removed altogether for average users (I already did this for myself but for others), needs the ability to jump, needs the rider to not awkwardly detach from the mount (rider begins running, and I think swimming, on top of it) when it falls or swims, should probably at least fight back when attacked, and, albeit less imperative than fighting back, should probably have its mounting realigned instead of the somewhat weird looking mounting that occurs as you're getting on the wolf (animation occurs on the side of the mount instead of to it), any glitches should be fixed too albeit I haven't seen any problematic glitches, just the awkward mounting and riding animations ... and (the following is extra junk I'm throwing in, do not bother if difficult) the mount would preferably have the correct tail, be able to double as a pet dog (not actually sure the "I need you to do something" command mode works with dogs, I barely pay attention to dogs but if it does, that's mostly what I mean by what I want), and the breathing sound effect it has is considered by others, albeit not a concern of mine, to be repetitive, also, some think its A.I. needs to do more than stand (granted I prefer it to remain positioned in my stables where I placed it unlike generic horses but if others want that, it doesn't matter and I can see why they'd want it to be like a guard dog or something), and there's a satchel on its side that'd be cool if it could be used, at least by a third party mod which allows the use of horse storage. Please, ignore the request of the few people who think that it needs to be faster, it is armored after all and not a horse. ... Also, it would eat dead bandits (leaving a skeleton behind) and food, especially meat we drop in front of it or which is simply nearby clutter. Ok, so I am looking for a, more or less, completed mod to change the Chester Cheetah looking khajiit into more Thundercat styled cat people i.e. more humanoid. I have actually, in fact, I mentioned Real Shelter in the OP and splashes are among the least of my concerns as implied by the OP, however thank you for trying. What I really want is for a mod to just replace the vanilla rain altogether, not attach it to edges of vanilla shelters while you're under them (and sometimes not even under shelter leading to awkward moments) but make an alternative rain that (I guess follows the player around like so many spells and) doesn't clip through structures that already have collision, then it would be compatible with even non-vanilla structures added by mods such as exterior homes e.g. Japan Lodge. It shouldn't be too much of an FPS killer since raining meteors in the vanilla game isn't and even if it were, doesn't matter so long as this mod gets made, besides I do not care about how low res the rain need be. It rains with collision in freaking Minecraft, yet somehow Skyrim utterly fails at rain? Someone needs to fix such an affront to logic (also the combat isn't as clunky in Minecraft). -

It didn't fix the problem, I tried everything and nothing resolved the problem except creating a new save game after doing everything from tes5edit to wry bash. Now the grey beards don't attack me for shouting at them and I can take things from my own home, and I can pick up my own arrows again without it counting as theft and the cops aren't perpetually claiming I've committed a crime no matter how many fines I pay, I can practically have as many followers living at Japan Lodge as I want and have it fully upgraded without a drop in FPS. I was far along and tried cleaning my saves but none of that had resolved the issue but now everything is perfect. I've tried inducing a crash, I can't get it to happen. To readers, if you are having issues, a new save might help, especially after tes5edit and everything else, enboost et ectera. Yes, my old saves are still corrupted. -
I have spell induced butteries follow me around www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54572/? who die for me and I have spells that make it rain meteors as Alduin does, there are even mods that give my tits collision, so why on Earth is no one replacing the rain in the game with rain that for the most part collides? It could follow us (I think rain already does just follow us, so that's no big difference) like a meteor spell cast onto us from the sky colliding with whatever gets in its way if it has to. I am requesting a rain replacer. I imagine it's intended to load after any weather mods so that it overrides them or whatever. Instead of gigantic explosions caused by meteor impacts which the game can obviously handle quite well, it would simply splash a little 2D splash on objects that already have collision. If big ass meteor explosions raining all over the place is possible (which I assume is already a weather pattern like oblivion sky was in TESIV Oblivion), why not mere rain? In fact, I don't need it to be high resolution, no one does who need this feature itself, especially not those of us living in exterior homes such as Japan Lodge, it's not for people who need that high res stuff I guess, this mod would be a perfect alternative to Real Shelter, one compatible with mod building because it just outright collides instead of sticks a bunch of shower heads all around individual structures. Freakin Minecraft has rain collision for Sephiroth sakes. Heck, do whatever minecraft itself does, whatever, just make it rain proper, please. Also, with Minecraft in mind, why didn't bazillion dollar corporation Bethesda do this in the first place like Rockstar Games does or the aforementioned indie ... Minecraft? Or you know ... pretty much every single other modern video game with weather? TL;DR version: whenever it is going to rain, instead of vanilla rain, it rains this colliding rain instead, doesn't matter if it's consistent or dense or lower resolution or if initial versions don't splash, just make it happen, please, for the love of Sephiroth, someone make Skyrim at least on par with Minecraft in this regard :sad:

I purchased Proudspire and Breezehome by normal means, yet if I want to eat cheeses from my own vanilla home (everything really), it tells me I'm stealing the item, all of the items? Every single thing, I look at at basically tells me I'd be stealing it if I collected it. I try to search a container, it ask me if I want to steal from the container. Like Qerty said, thank you. Now hopefully a modder will come along and fix this first problem because it's a really good house. They should likely ignore the slight rain issue of invisible rain, which only happened once and I haven't gotten the opportunity to try it out again, guess I should just summon the rain from inside using console.- 9 replies

All I'm asking for is an Unofficial Skyrim Patch patch for Grey Ledge Manor. Basically the only problem with Grey Ledge is that the windows use an opaque model instead of the intended see through one the house is suppose use. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18112 I say basically because there might also be something about the anti indoors rain or at least there was one time but that isn't important, just a side note in case the likely easier problem gets attention. The mod author hasn't had any page activity in a long time.

Dragon battles will never be realistic as you're battling a dinosaur ... with a toothpick, not to mention that species of dinosaur being the flame-throwersaurus rex. That doesn't mean the entire game needs to be crap combat, clearly fencing is fencing ... fighting flame-throwersaurus rex is absolutely ... ridiculous. Though even with dragons, it can still be skill based within the limits of realism video games offer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ta1YuMbQeX4 guy never receives damage the entire boss fight, imagine that's basically how you must fight the dragons of Skyrim i.e. carefully. Then you could be forced to become a proficient dragon slayer or die trying. There's no reason that the anti dragon combat cannot be so improved upon. Maybe they can even be given a weakness, a weak spot, a window of vulnerability such as is already commonly depicted in fantasy. What do we do against dragons, the same thing one would do against the kings of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare in single combat, gain the skill to overcome their brawn as realistically as a video game can do ... unlike what Skyrim currently does with dragons or duels between swordsman. Which reminds me, here's another example of sword fights done right in a game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6YD9WgATAY this time using artificial intelligence, it's called Overgrowth, a sequel to a game called Lugaru which also featured realistic swordplay unlike Skyrim's nerf bat sword fighting. Does it matter to the subject whether or not dragon battles can be done right when we know swordsmanship can and has? Anyway, hopefully Ethernal Hero is right about this Skyrim redone, that its potential for one hit kills works both ways. just like Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. Does anyone else back Skyrim Redone as sufficient for what I've described? Or maybe there something else as well.

I've noticed that one can slash another unarmored or lightly armored character in all the right places several times ... with a gigantic sword and not have them die in Skyrim just because of some bull s**t stats... FYI that's not how swords work. So does anyone know of a mod that will make Skyrim realistic like Chivalry: Medieval Warfare? I don't like not having to worry about every single strike swung at me, I want them all to be dangerous, for every hit I receive to potentially be my last just like Chivalry. I want to need to dodge and block ... on time rather than my shield raising whenever it feels like it. BTW, a responsive shield would go nicely with this mod (if you can help us out there, that'd be good too). So, a realistic combat mod? Dismemberment, severed limbs, gore maybe? I mean not just to finish what is by vanilla but dismemberment to quicken the battle or at least let's just have foes die when they're suppose to like in the movies or real life. A reminder of the overall point, Skyrim's deadly weapons are more like punches or blunt weapons ... in fact in the case of Tamrielic axes ... they literally are blunt weapons (for some dumb ass reason) but what I mean is that I want a realistic combat experience, so that I can play the game with skill involved rather than relying on any micromanaged stats, just me honing my own skill rather than the player character's, and so that I can kill like a bad ass and actually feel a sense of pride in my accomplishments. If there exist no realistic combat mod out of the myriad of mods out there by now, please someone make a realistic combat mod, it's long past due. I don't necessarily just want one mod to effect only my enemies, if it requires multiple mods to let me die easy and another to kill easy, fine, just get me to the point of realistic combat. Think fast, every action matters. Just look at this guy, I can't do this s**t in Skyrim http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjfxoI1WifI but Skyrim has the highly moddable, sword and sorcery, fantasy, single player campaign that Chivalry lacks.

Some time ago I was asked to help find modders to help with Black Marsh Project by <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/IbsensGhostUK?feature=watch">IbsensGhostUK</a>. They informed me that the project is nearly complete and that there are only small things holding the project back from completion, that they need additional modders to help with the project as one or two people with little free time just isn't enough. Stop it, that is all. Seriously, please make the game stop making it count as us having stolen anything if we simply pick up an item. Put It In Its Place: Enhanced Grabbing doesn't seem to be cutting it e.g. Physically Throwable Crates And Chest still gets me into a ton of trouble with the law. Why has no one rid the game of this ridiculous error on Bethesda's part? Please rectify the error or if there already exist a cure for this issue, direct me too it.

I noticed that someone by the moniker Chainy has ported Weapons of the Third Era mod from TESV Skyrim to Morrowind, and now (that my CS refuses to start up anymore) I'd like to see someone bring Weapons of the Third Era to TESIV Oblivion. I have searched for it and I cannot find an extant Weapons of the Third Era for Oblivion. These are exceptional weapon models. Since I doubt one can apply these weapons to vanilla enemies as one can in Skyrim, I'm thinking they should be added to the vendor of Fighting Chance in the Market District and or the equivalent in other towns or even done so regardless of whether they can be given a chance of being equipped to random NPCs. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3871 Uploaded by 747823 who states "Note: I'm not creating or updating mods anymore.
