Haemar's Shame not loading during Totems of Hircine

I'm having the same problem on the PC. I have completed the "Daedra's Best Friend" quest and started the "Totems of Hircine" quest. I can easily chop down the vampires in the first section of this cave but when I try to enter (from either direction) the game crashes. Keiden612 if Bethesda gets back to you on the problem please let us know on this forum... It would be most appreciated.
