[Skyrim SE Crashes before logo when using any type of ENB]

I started having the exact same problem today - without having installed any new mods. All I'd done was install Nvidia GeForce Experience, trying to figure out how to enable the shader cache. To make a long story short, after trying a ton of stuff - including uninstalling GeForce Experience - and being close to despair, I checked the Steam game properties menu and noticed that "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" was checked. I unchecked the option, and voila! My game worked again. Maybe you can try that.

Lol, it makes for a unique experience, at least!

 

I fixed it, though - after basicly switching off all the mods me and the other person had in common, and not getting anywhere, I disabled everything, and started adding mods from the top of my load order. The problem resurfaced pretty fast - it turned out to be the overhaul mod A New Dawn. I installed a new version of it (uploaded by the author yesterday) and now my game is back to normal, with everything installed. :)

Hi! I started a new game the day before the last uppdate, and after installing a new f4se and getting back in there, I had a whole new epidemic in the Commonwealth:
