I love the Recycler in Manufacturing Extended, but it's stopped working. It's powered, but it's not moving, the junk inside it is just sitting there, and nothing's happening. Don't see any mod loading order issues, I've got the DLCs, can't figure out what's wrong. Might have happened since I installed Nuka World, though might predate it. Anyone else having this issue? I tried troubleshooting at another settlement and while at that one the animation was running there's still nothing happening - no resources coming out of it. What gives?
