OK I'm using a HP notebook 15 to play skyrim although the I have a PC it's currently still in repair I need a new display and processor

Well I'm running atleast 100 mods ranging from gameplay like better vampires mod to the Uchiha clan to HD texture for hair and beards to wanting to use skyrim HD remastered graphics mod combined with project ENB right now I'm using ENB boost and I'm still getting CTD that maybe due to my bad instalation

Graphics Card:AMD Radeon R5 Graphics with current resolution 1366x768 and 2.3k MB of graphics memory. Audio device 1:Realtek High Definition Audio Audio device 2: AMD High Definition Audio Device. TELL ME WHAT DO I NEED TO UPGRADE IN MY HARDWARE I'M NOT I'M A BUDGET BUT PRICE HAS TO BE REASONABLE.
