I already have those but the tifa is a player character but I'm wanting her as a companion to follow me

I've been trying to do this myself but utterly failed and I don't know how to create armors or npcs out of scratch can someone please make a Rayne from"Bloodrayne" companion and Tifa Lockhart from "Final Fantasy VII" companion along with their armor and possibly raynes blades? I would really appreciate it. And if you can also add the ability to marry them too please
