So a lot of people that use the term "shotgun!" to ride in the front passenger seat of a car don't know where the term came from. It's from the days of the US westward expansion when stagecoaches carrying people or valuables would have a driver and a guy riding shotgun that actually carried a shotgun to protect the cargo from bandits or native Americans. I'd like to see a mod where you can be hired to protect a wagon with valuables or people of importance during a trip across Skyrim! Maybe you have 3 or 4 encounters from Markarth to Dragonbridge, or maybe you don't get raided but have to protect from a dragon attack. I know it'd be a metric buttload of work, but I think that would be an amazing mod if someone or a team of someones could pull it off.

I have a lighting mod, and there are some effects that I'd like to take place at certain times in-game, and some people have requested that I have the lights turned off during daytime hours since the lights are bright and can be seen in the sunlight. What would my reference be if I wanted to trigger the lights to turn on after, say, 7:00pm, and then turn off again after 7:00am? Thanks for any help!

Is there a way that I can make them disappear while I'm playing with lighting markers? This feels impossible without being able to, especially in Falkreath. Haven't even been to the cities yet.

One more question since someone replied: If I add a lamp post to Winterhold (the town), do I have to add it to each of the 5 or 6 winterhold cells or just one, and if just one, which?

Complete modding noob. Is there a way I can attach two objects together and save the item to reuse again later? Specifically, I'm making lamp posts, and I'm having to grab the lamp post model, a lantern model and a light source and Ctl+click to grab them together, duplicate, and move, but it's a pain in the ass. Any way to save the assembly as one unique unit? Thanks.

I know that horseback battling is clunky in most games, but what is the chance that just Candlelight or even Magelight were castable while riding a horse? I think it'd be much more immerse, since the spells don't last all that long to begin with, and it's annoying to have to stop, dismount, flare another one, hop on and repeat again later during night outings. Sorry if this has been requested before, but I did a candlelight search and didn't notice anyone requesting anything similar.
