I have determined that it is Immersive citizens - AI overhaul causing the loop. How might I fix this?

Setting up my mod list using Mod Organizer 2 and I'm running into a bit of an issue. I enabled some mods and when I tried to run loot, I got this message: Cyclic interaction detected between "Subtle but Classless - Imperious.esp" and "Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp". Back cycle: Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp, Convenient Horses.esp, Imperious - Races of Skyrim.esp, Subtle but Classless - Imperious.esp Any tips on what I could do to fix this so loot can work properly?

Sorry. I have the Steam GotY edition. Should have mentioned that. Also, I don't understand why I would make a bare save, then one with my mods. I think I fixed it, so if I run into any issues, I'll use your idea. Thanks.

As my anime knowledge expands, I realize that Campione! and Darker than Black have attributes that would work. And Castle in the Sky is an anime movie, so it totally counts.

I don't really have a specific mod in mind, just a type of mod. I'm looking for a mod like the Shrapnel weapon mod from FalloutNV. I'm having trouble with FWE-Combat Overhaul, so I'm looking for alternatives. Thanks.

I recently finished a Fallout New Vegas playthrough with the Shrapnel weapon mod and I was wondering if there was something like that for Fallout 3. I've seen the classic weapon mod and wasn't too interested in that and I'm having trouble with the FWE-Combat Overhaul mod. If anyone knows of any similar mods, could you include a link. Thanks.

I am trying to play Fallout 3 with mods, but my crashes on start-up. I have 2 armor mods, FWE-Combat, FWE-Wanderer, and the mods that are required for each of them. BOSS says that nothing is wrong and I can get to the birth sequence until I install the FWE-Combat mod. After that, my game crashes a few seconds after launching. Can anyone help? I'm having a similar problem. I only have the FWE combat and wanderer mods and the required mods and my load order is arranged exactly as the mod page says it should be, but I'm crashing on start up. I tested my game with each mod and I can get to the birth sequence with no problem until I install the FWE Combat mod, which is the main reason I'm doing this. My Boss isn't giving me any warnings, which is a first, so I'm completely lost.

Those were my first steps. I even deleted my tesv.exe file and verified it, but that didn't change anything. tesv.exe still doesn't work. If no one has any new advice, I think I'll just reinstall it and hope for the best.

I'm not using NMM or skse to launch. I installed skse yesterday, but removed it because it wasn't working. I think something is wrong with my tesv.exe file. I tried to use it to launch skyrim from the steam folder, but windows can't access it. Should I just reinstall skyrim?

I haven't played skyrim in a while, so I re-uploaded my skyrim files and reorganized my mods. After getting everything in order, I have encountered a big problem. When I press the play button on the menu where you can launch the game and organize your mod files, the menu re-launches itself. Can anyone help me?

Adding the launcher to Steam didn't help. Why does Steam hate me?

I read somewhere that crashes can be the result of a save file being to big. Can anyone confirm this and if it's true, tell me how I can prevent my files from getting too big.
