same here im going to see if I can re instal NMM ill tell you what happens after EDIT- I re-installed NMM and it works

ya i was looking for the same thing or something like the trench coat from the ncr ranger and adding a hood i mad my game in a winter theme and that would go great with it maybe be able to craft it out of hide seeing how there pretty much useless and making the slave scarf but without the top part...or not i tried to but im not good with blender i cant even make a gun.

I have the same problem, but it started today, yesterday it was fine. I cant use nexus mod manager online it wount log in so im just going to work offline. My location is eastern United States. I use Nexus for Fallout New Vegas.
