youre right, however im not a programmer, and I havent found any other fixes that work. Tried about 2 dozen things. If you have better advice please share.

in the file enbseries.ini change enable water to false

I trouble shot this myself all day. I thought many others might be experiencing the exact same issue. After installing REALVISION ENB. Black outlines around all water appeared (rivers, ponds, swamp). open enbseries.ini file located in your skyrim folder and edit the line "enable water-true to false. Fixed.
