Still having the same issue cant really get any of the mods to function correctly, BSG3 or Vortex

I have divine tool and a couple other mods -divine tool -5e spells -fanatical multiverse doesn't seem like no matter what I do can I get the mods to actually "deploy" nothing happens when button is clicked not sure what else i may be doing wrong Mods folder and Game is installed on same drive using Vortex Launcher
