[Help? NMM]

No idea if this is where I'm supposed to ask, but the Nexus Mod Manager seems to have just... Broken, it was working fine a few days ago and now, when I click download with manage, it says that the files don't exist and that there's an error, so far it's done it with three mods. I know they're there because I can download them manually, I've tried updating the Manager but haven't tried re-installing it, as I wasn't sure whether all the Mods I'm using would be taken away as well. Help?
