Still no fixes? I am having the same issue now. Edit** Found a fix. Open console > Player.Additem 000A26E9 1 > Enter > This will add EbonyFlesh Spell Tome to your inventory > Learn it > Cast it > Immediately travel somewhere > Fixed.

I don't understand the instructions coherently. For instance, I have the purple clouds with the electrical discharge & I am also invisible. Which Rar pack do I download and which steps do I take?
