  1. Do as I did, everyone will be happy, no questions asked and you get to do a few more interesting errands for Blades.
  2. You can probably spawn a few dragons up there, thought I don't know if the're gonna be friendly or not.. :P Thanks for the Odahviing clarification. I also don't think we're ever going to be promoted to chose, it's part of the quest, only thing is I don't like it.. So I roleplayed it. If I'm allowed to to lie or tell the truth to people throughout my campaign, I should be allowed to do that at my own will. So yea, I spoke to the Blades, then to Paarthurnax, then assured Greybeards I would not kill Paar and went back to the Blades and lied to them. No harm done.
  3. After the MQ, there's a dragon constantly flying above Paarthurnax and he keeps staring at him for some reason. No idea why.. But yea, I liked the scene when I came back from Sovngarde and there were a bunch of dragons waiting for me there.. I was like.. MIIIINE :woot: Anyway, I bypassed the Blades quest using the console command I posted above.. Paar is alive, Greybeards believe I've got Kynareth's wisdom, Blades are co-operative, everything's good. I even brought Erik the Slayer and my 2 male housecarls to join the Blades, then all 4 of us went to a dragon's lair and threw a kebab party.. Good times.
  4. I just can't see Aela honestly wanting to move into the Breezehome. She only sticks around Whiterun because of the Companions, says she. To be honest, I like the Companions Quarters, gives me a nice feeling of safety and it's very spacious down there. However, the whole place is too bugged for me to move it so I just made Hjerim my base of operations. If I could, I would move both Aela and Lydia there but I don't want Aela to feel lonely. Let her have fun with Lydia while I'm hunting torch bugs.
  5. That gives me thoughts.. Anyone has the setstage command for this quest? I'd like to experiment with it, like complete the quest without having to kill Paar.. EDIT: Note: On PC it is possible to complete this quest without killing Paarthurnax by using the console command setstage MQPaarthurnax 100. Paarthurnax will remain alive, the Greybeards will still be hospitable, and the Blades will talk to you once more. Source: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Paarthurnax
  6. Her eyes are killers.. By the way, I just told her we should move to Breezehome. She said it was a good choice. Now everytime I go there I see a naked Lydia and Aela hanging around. Has got to make a man happy. :)
  7. Yeah, from my brief Google research I noticed more people who actually encountered that "bug". Open doors before actually reaching that point. Guess we can only wait for a good mod to make good use of the vault in the cistern.
  8. Lydia was a massive boost for me, as long as I provided her some good equipment she'd make good use of it. Nonetheless, even if she started taking heavy damage and kneeling to it, it would still give me some good distraction to make my move.
  9. Thanks for your reply but I knew that already, I emptied my tribute chest 3 times. I just believe I should be able to obtain the 2 keys, I'm not sure if I even have 1 of them. (didn't keep track cause I didn't think it would get locked forever)
  10. A pretty simple question. I had high hopes about those vaults. Is there any way it can be accessed again? Why else would it give me the option to enter but also prevent me from it due to not having the key(s)? Sorry if it has been asked before.
  11. I only hired Jenassa once so I could sacrifice her. :)
  12. Aela is pretty much a beast. And I am not saying that because she can turn into a werewolf (I don't like werewolves by the way). She's beautiful as well and even if you marry her, she'll only say "hi dear" or "okay love", never "my love" or anything sweet.. Anyway, I love her. :)
  13. Yes, I read about the mod, no need for copy-pasting. :P Again, I'm not denying the awesomeness of the mod. I'm just saying it's not for me. :)
  14. Well, if I needed to access my Windhelm house from anywhere, I'd just type the console command for it, I don't need a door for it. Houses are much more valuable and useful than you think. Besides, you can store items wherever you want, a friend of mine stored them in the barrel outside Warmaiden's for ages. Me, I like decorating my houses, I like to RolePlay a lot, going on foot from Markarth to Windhelm to get to your house, the feeling when you open the door and you're actually in.. Just amazing! Maybe I'm insane but I enjoy it. :pirate:
