Take a look at the Apachii Divine Elegance store. While not exactly what you have pictured, the mod has a good selection of long dresses and accessories.
Kiss of Darkness or Euphoria dresses are examples. Witcher 3 influence I think.

Edit: I checked it out and the "Kiss of Darkness" is pretty much what I was looking for thanks!
