I had what I think would be a cool idea for a mod but I lacking the skill for such things would like to share with people that could bring it to reality. It's not exactly lore friendly but def think it could be fun, but lemme get on to my idea. I'd like to see some semi modern guns in game like dual hand guns and maybe sub machine gun and if possible be cool to be able to enchant them. I think creating a matrix like theme collection would be cooler mayb a custom backflip for jump and side lunge for dodging. Mayb a trench coat and sunglasses. And most important mayb factor in the slow time archery function when aiming but maybe like 80% slower time like bullet time in fo4. I think it be a fun medium range playstyle. Well lemme know what y'all think.
Also it could even be part of it's own matrix quest:)

I had thought about it just wish I could be more personal. If I make textures and start uploading mayb that could be a way, haven't been that successful at mods other than tweaks for myself, don't have the attention span to keep from bein distracted, nor the time to grind at mostly

My biggest issue is with all the awesome mods I've enjoyed i have a hard time not wanting to donate to all but can't afford that an still make a donation that wasn't insulting amount. Is there some sort of community donation thing or something that could mutually benefit all authors. It's been something I have pondered the last year and sense i have this thought mayb some1 else might be thinking same?

The only thing I need to feel appreciated is that users read the mod description so they don't bother me with silly questions or report bugs that aren't any.

I have an idea for a mod id like to make but don't know where to start or if it's possible. Anyway to upload pics I drew so I can get i put or what not. And if someone with better knowledge then me wants to try or help I'm welcome, the only thing I ask is that it remain free on pc( just adding that in with Bethesda's recent announcement stuff)

we could just charge console users for mods, im just learning to make small mods built a pc so i could, i wouldnt want to charge anyone on nexus but if consoles people want it well then i could see it working out

I've followed this issue of the past few days as an avid mod user and I will admit to being dubious as to the intentions and... benevolence of Bethesda on this matter.
I think there is a lot of anger and annoyance on both sides of the debate, neither sides' strawmen being helpful.
My current perspective is that this would be a positive injection if, a very big if, these mods are true DLC-esque interventions which modders may have aspirations to create. Expansive quest mods and such that have the backing and assistance of Bethesda's skills and tools. However I would not approve of a system that allows for smaller relatively innocuous mods like mudcrab armour. I won't deny a flare of anger when seeing what I thought to be Dogtooth's stealth armour in the trailer. It, I think, points out the immediate problem. If that is indeed for sale does this jeopardise Dogtooth and worse: does this point to piracy once more?
If this system allows for the community to do Bethesda's job form them, creating something of a portfolio and bringing a new quality to the truly huge mods then I wouldn't mind paying DLC costs for DLC size.
Then again who really cares what my thoughts on the matter are.
As an aside contrary to many of the accusations thrown in this debate I don't think most of the community using these mods do believe they have any "right" to the labour and skills of another. I, like many others, appreciate and value the work and commitment of these talented people. It is important to remember that on the internet there are many pretty foul people.

They did say but they also list weapons an armor so kinda opens it way back up to anything.. They also lust survival modes which last time I looked it seemed like it was an existing mod on most games released. So I surely hope if they sell that mod authors whom have originally created versions get compensated in some way......
Either way dose kinda seem desperation from them I did not see any upcoming game that left me on the edge of my seat drooling at the screen.

Enchanted ammo, I kinda had a cool idea like this just I kinda based it off the fatboy from fallout 4 bun instead of mini nukes it was able to fully release power of a soul gem in a single foucused shot so damage would be based on quality of soul gem loaded into and of Couse it would be a dwemer desighn. May called something like the hearts desire or something deep like that sense common your shooting souls. Free idea anyone with talent is welcome to give it a go

In not a good modder or have alot of understanding of how things work or should work together but was wondering what if getting a script extender to work was as simple as a piece of gear with an enchantment that was designed to direct or handle various scripts. Keep in mind I'm a dummy to this stuff but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

And would u even buy a simple bow mod, as far as my limited experience simple stat changes and skins are doable mostly at my level making from scratch mayb not yet but working on it. Plus that's half the fun makeing something and sharing hopefully one day ill have something worth sharing. (sorry this post sounds a little ugrateful to people who do share cool and unique reskins, it's not a reflection on the peoples work here, just from a business point of view)

I don't agree with that at all. Honestly I have enjoyed many of high quality mods on the nexus site, and alot of dedicated Modder's on here with knowledge and know how that I wish I had. I have messed with creation kit and changed a few small things but nowhere near the talent found here. What I'm saying is I think this modding community usually fixes Bethesda's mistakes and creates better content then they do origionally. Mayb there think tank has run dry and grabbing at straws, dunno

Well as forum is titled im the newbie but oldie, been around and or working on or with computers most my life. recently decided to take the next step in life. Gave my wife the xbone and built myself a new pc for one purpose, Gaming. Really looking to learn more about programming and graphics so if any1 would like help and dont mind teaching a lil id be extremely happy and honored to help out. Im online mostly mornings est but work night shift and have my phone so usually have some internet access. Im eager to learn willing to make mistake and learn form them, do help me help you and i can gain knowledge and u can reduce some grunt/grind work. Also sense this is technically a introduction im 29 going on 30 i think cant remember, I am happily married, so ladies i know Im hard to resist but im spoken for, sorry(with that being said I am a dude, in case that wasn't obvious yet) TODAYS WORLD GOTA MAKE SURE IM POLITICALLY CORRECT LOL'
