i re-installed, as far as i can tell that fixed it

yah i think when i downloaded it people where watching movies online and the bandwith constantly changing made it lose a bunch of texture so now i am re-installing it

ok i have a very nice pc and even when i turn the graphics to low i still get the issue of seeing this: main menu Gameplay and the support on Bethesda's website is crap. i cant figure out what it is and i don't want to re-install it just yet because it was a 4 hour download. does anyone know how to fix this?
