Thanks for trying to help Contrathetix Anyways found the solution. Was trying to take a screenshot to show someone in case that would help them, So I was looking at http://forums.uesp.net/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19287 and I found this : C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion Which is a path to my virtual oblivion store, This had half a gig of data for mods and misc. I deleted this and problem solved. Mods can you lock this thread.

I was searching for some leveling mods so I installed realistic leveling but it didnt work. It said that it couldnt find the RealisticLeveling.ini which was right where it was supposed to be, In the data folder along with the ESP. I uninstalled it and moved to different ones. Oblivion XP has caught my fancy but Even though my game says that its not running anything (I tried uninstalling, Deleting anything that was remaining and reinstalling with starting a new game) It still is not allowing me to pick my attributes. All I have is the notification and an option to pick ok. This is very confusing to me because with the clean install I am literally running only vanilla (or I should be) But it is still affecting my game. I have no Idea why this is. In the end Realistic leveling Is my suspicion but All I know for certain is that it is a leveling mod.

I enjoy mods, No doubt about that but somewhere it went wrong. I recently have noticed a problem where The level up menu comes up that says you have acendED TO LEVEL.... But the levelup is different from vanilla. It is a levelup menu from some mod that removes the attribute selection ( I think its realistic leveling but it might be another one. I get all the names it could be) (I will also get you a screenshot of it once I figure out how) But the problem is I have disabled all my mods and even dones a reinstall of the game and My level up menu still isnt back to normal. It just gives me the notification without allowing me to select what attribute I wish to increase. Help me leet sirs! I beg you save a noobs game!

I am having some bugs in fallout 3. The most irritating one is that the containers whatever they may be will give no indication if they are empty or not. (no [empty] tag). I would like someone to please come up with an alternate way of telling if the containers are [Empty]. You could change the coloring of the words ect. Please help me anon
