same problem here, no matter what changes I've made, whether the bEnableFileSelection or sResourceDataDirsFinal works... -
After installing tons of textures and neither any single damn texture works, i've already changed my Fallout4.ini on My Documents location, and neither works. Mods like SprintAP, and PipBoyShadows are working fine, but ANY TEXTURE IS WORKING. solution? help :(
