Hey, I have what I thought what a relatively stable setup, it looks fantastic and frames are acceptable. However, everytime I go into Helgen keep at the start of the game with either person, through either door - it just CTD's midway through their conversation. If I go with the guard he unbounds my hands, starts talking again and then crash. If I go with Ralof, he doesn't even finish his conversation before it CTD's. Hey, So I'm looking to add some of the most popular combat overhauls together to create an enhanced, more realistic and more challenging, strategic combat experience. No i think you misunderstood. Im not calling the mods "gay" i just said that so people would no what I meant. I was saying people can make whatever mods they want, "gay sex mods, child rape mods" whatever. I wasnt critisizing people for making them either, im just saying people can make whatever they want, but you dont have to download them. I was saying I "personally" find the gay sex mods distasteful, thats because im straight. Just as some people would find child killing distasteful, but it doesnt bother me (in a game) On the other hand id have no problem shooting someone in the face, but some people would take great offence to it. Anyway i wasnt having a go at anyone, or bashing any mods, simply saying each to their own. But there ARE limits to what should be modded. By no way was i saying "ban all gay mods, kill the homos" come on ... lol i would probably ban myself...

Kind of agree with Psyclone, but then again theres plenty of gay mods in Oblivion, which i personally find digusting. But i have no right saying people should or shouldnt make them and/or download them. (not getting at you Psyclone you have a perfectly fair point) I was readin this other forum eariler about Eroblivion and possibly Sexlivion. People were asking for a "rape mod" for Oblivion, one guy was saying he wants to be able to go around and sneak up on women... kind of like deadly reflex, but instead of killing them in slow motion, wanted to rape them in slow motion. He also wanted sex with guards, child killing/sex and other things before i stopped reading. There is a limit to what "should" be modded. and i would say the same limit applies in every other media. If even a hardened criminal would look down on it in real life, you probably shouldnt be modding it, or asking for someone else to do it for you...... Plus, I would say killing a child in Fallout 3 is not morally perverse, they dont look like children, they dont act like children, it is after all, a video game, just like Space Invaders. Whats the difference between killing a pixelated child, and obliterating entire galaxies of inncoent alien beings? Your still destroying life right? WHy does it matter what the life looks like? Anyway just my 0.02p

Well after playing up until MegaT i do think it Oblivion with guns, broadly speaking. It looks like Oblivion, it feels like Oblivion, its menus and game mechanics are just like Oblivio. Im not saying this is a bad thing i think its great. It still immerses you into the Fallout world and doesnt feel at all like an Oblivion total conversion. Its think its a fantastic game and it looks incredible

I suppose a few of the Partner NPCs could be used as boyfriends, or just use a random NPC for the time being until some kind soul creates a detailed one. None of the partners I find THAT attractive so you can just take a NPC from the Fighters/Mages/whatever guild and get them to follow you, and succumb to your EVERY desire. *wink wink* *nudge nudge* Well, theyll follow you around like a lost sheep for a while anyway

Honestly, I use both Deadly Reflex 5 and Locational Damage. They work fine together and you're not splitting ppl in half every two minutes. To be honest, the Deadly Reflex barely ever works for me "the puncturing lungs" bit with marksman. But locational damage is cool to see when you pop someones Heart out or slice off their head with a blade, lovely. Although DR has never worked me for, Iv had 50 in blade and Markmans skill but Iv never managed to do a slow-mo chop... maybe im doing it wrong. Even with the chance multiplier at 100! Anyway, if you cant decide, take both.

Yeah i tried Streamline 3.0 again last night and with Operation Optimization..... works perfectly and quite smooth. I disabled the streamsave option as it is annoying as hell but other than pretty much perfect, only the occasional CTD which is in no way related to either of the above.

Got a question about Operation Optimization, Since it alters meshes, would this not conflict with mods? i.e. better cities since it alters meshes in the IC Market? This is why I havent got it yet as im sure it would conflict with something

Weird... I was thinking exactly same thing, I posted about using 3.1 a couple of days ago. Since iv tried it, it saves after every combat which is incredibly annoying, after killing a mudcrab it will stop and freeze for 10secs while it saves. THen it saves every 10mins... so sometimes your just constantly saving moving thru a dungeon. If i turn off streamsaves in the ini, it still does it. Doesnt matter what options i choose it does it anwyay. To be honest i think streamline 3.1 is a piece of ****...... definitely going back to 3.0... at least it did what i asked.

Yeah not just married couples, but everybody is unnessicarily rude to one another. For example I was strolling the Market District, and a traveller came up to a Guard asking "Hi, How are you today?" "~sniff~" he replied. "Ive heard the skooma trade in Elsweyr......" after he finished talking the traveller said "Stop talking already!!" Even tho HE was the one who started the conversation. Maybe its the lack of sex and the fact that years of waste is built up inside each of them as they cannot relieve themselves at a toilet. That must get to you eventually.

Good idea Shadow, this way you can "Ctrl+F" the load orders to find the mod you're looking for and where it should be. --- Im at work at the moment so I will edit this post later and add the load order. --- Anyway the order I have I wouldnt say is perfect or completely crash free but hey, it starts a new game with no problems and everything is active and working perfectly, so I would say its a "Working Load Order" Hopefully more people will add to this as it should bring the number of repeated posts about what goes where etc. (Load Order coming soon)

Yeah thats what i disliked about them, also the items/spells they added etc. The one i mentioned has 2 versions _ With Messages + Without Messages (I use without) All it does is add a ' spell effect ' to the spells part of the inventory that either says Youre Feeling Fine - SLightly hungry, slightly thirsty, sleepy etc. to be honest you would never notice it if you didnt look in your inventory, tho it does take your stats down the longer you go without nurishment. BEWARE THOUGH. One thing i dont like about this mod is if you dont sleep for a long time, you start to "hallucinate" ghosts. Basicallly this means that a ghost will summon next to you and attack you. If your low level, you WILL die. So to avoid this i just sleep when needed, Id say this is the only downside to this mod tho, its the best Survival type one iv seen. Try it out

Fantastic as usual Shadow.. altho this one you mentioned 48- Travel rations for those that use realistic eating and sleeping mods- with this you can explore the wilderness at your leisure, probably consists of trail mix, dried fruits and berries, and perhaps beef jerky...great, now I want some beef jerky and all nearby stores are closed) are refillable waterskins out of the question? IT EXISTS!! Well pretty much, its the HTS Survival Suite (Hunger, Thirst, Sleep) Its calculates your stats every game hour for the above, and provides "rations" you can buy at most Inns and General Traders and also "Waterskins" available for purchase. You can fill up the skins at city wells or there is an addon somewhere that lets you use Rivers and Lakes too. I use this one its actually pretty good. Not too overly annoying like every two mins you get a message saying eat, its actually quite subtle.

If he did go down the sewers, armed with only 2 Blades, and one female blade who dies after getting slashed once.
