So I, like anyone who plays Skyrim, would love a mod that enables underwater combat. I am also aware that is isn't possible with the game engine (though supposedly some mods have had this ability to some extent). As a person who doesn't know much about modding, hearing this as an explanation can get pretty frustrating. Is there anyone out there who can explain exactly what the problem is in laymen's terms? And what about underwater spell casting like candlelight or underwater breathing? I'm not asking for a fix here (unless someone miraculously has one that nobody knows about and has a sudden urge to share) just a simplified explanation that isn't so simplified it doesn't tell me anything.
