I removed the steam but the some fog started to appear at my characters feet. On this page look up your characters problem. There will be an ID given corresponding to each problem. In Skyrim go to console commands and type "player.addspell 000<id>" then close the console. Open the console again and type "player.removespell 000<id>". I hope this will solve your problem.
