Hello, I love mods and modding community so i decide to give it a shot. I have some good old games from 2000's and some RTS so i want to try and mod that. I want to try get better graphics and edit some models even add some gameplay cuz there is editor where u can create missions and adventures so if i mod details i can make some gameplay. Just i dont know where to start and how i can make those mods so if someone have free time to explain is there some programs to edit that things and what programming things need to do.
