If anyone has made a mod that replaces a weapon with a modded weapon, if you could let me know how I'd appreciate it. I'm working on a sort of "Modern Warfare" mod that replaces the older style weapons with modern ones.

So New Vegas is crashing constantly for me. It's seemingly random though it does happen more often during area transitions. Is there any way to figure out WHY it's crashing? I know it's mod-related because it never crashed like this without mods installed and when I first started using mods it wasn't crashing. It's either a conflict, a bad install or a load order thing I guess? If anyone knows or has any tips to find out please let me know. Is there a way or a tutorial out there on how to turn a mod that ADDS a new weapon into a mod that replaces an existing weapon in the game?

Nobody else has this problem or knows how to fix it?

So I've installed type 6 and the body textures that the creator recommends don't map properly. There's a weird black band around the waste and the skin on the chest is all kinds of messed up. This doesn't appear to have anything to do with archive invalidation or anything.

I'm having trouble finding the proper combination of mods to make the women in my game not be ugly. I see screenshots for other mods that have NOTHING TO DO with changing the appearance of the characters, and their women are gorgeous. I've tried installing a few here and there but they end up not working at all or having problems with the textures. Can anyone recommend good combinations of mods to make the women in the game less ugly? Thanks.

I'd just like a simple mod that replaces the weapons modeled after the katana with more european-styled weapons. I find the idea that the higher-end swords are katanas, as if the katana is somehow universally superior to european-style medieval weapons. It's especially out of place in the Elder Scrolls world that has no asian culture.
