I hate it too, will look into it. Toxicity screen effect is stored in fx/gameplay/states/toxicity/ but its w2p extension so I doubt we'll be able to edit it without redkit.

You gotta be more precise. Do you want all tiers (enhanced, superior etc.) of Griffin armour to look like the basic armour or do you want it to be (visually): enhanced griffin -> enhanced wolf ? If that's what you're looking for then: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/200/?
