Is there a way to make Synths friendly toward other non-hostile NPCs so they stop attacking settlers and caravans when you are allied with the Institute?

Go to Q5 of the FAQ of the 1950's Feminine Outfits description, the Institute outfits in that mod do not work, I already tried it.

It would be cool if someone could make a female version of Father's lab coat, or a business woman / Institute director outfit. Crimsomrider has attempted to make something like this already, but it was never released, on Q5 of the FAQ it is stated why. I haven't seen any other outfit like it yet. This is what it looks like.
