I've put Blockhead.dll in Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins, I launched the game but Blockhead.ini wasn't created, I'm using a Steam Deck and had no issues modding Oblivion, but this is giving me a lot of issues Update: I had to click on the obse loader and it finally created Blockhead.ini More update: the game still thinks I haven't installed blockhead even though I did everything correct, not sure if I should continue to use Oblivion Character Overhaul or not.
