  2. used modav destructionpowermod for now, hope it doesn't disable increase by skill level added by mods
  3. you misunderstand, it's not something i'm subjectively noticing. the damage values themselves as shown on the menu are lower. it now fluctuates between values but always lower than at some point long before this is very frustrating, i'm thinking of making an effect that amplifies the damage as a workaround
  4. damage on all destruction effects whether through spells or weapons are lowered below the vanilla values, the only mods i have that might affect are: deadly destrution, ordinator, better vampires. it seems that the damage gradually decreased over time and the last save from before it started is several large quests ago sure it's my fault for not keeping more saves but i'm trying to avoid a 100 gb folder here
  5. the first time, it stopped after a foundation and some pillars after going well into the main hall options the second time starting over, nothing showed up at all plugins

  7. i suspect it started after recruiting miraak ("miraak follower modified") and dismissing. it doesn't happen on saves prior to that, but the latest one of those i have is quite a few quests before so i would much rather fix this with console commands or something if possible. adding him to the hireling and follower factions doesn't work, relationship rank is at 3. thanks edit tentatively fixed with forcerefintoalias

  11. yes i have conquest mod the new mods make vanilla locations settlements and edit them, like i said they're from a bunch of different authors so i'm not sure if the mods in particular are the problem
  12. happens with any new mods by any author, both vanilla and modded locations can be affected
  13. i changed the list to include other chems, each with different "chance none", and while they showed up at first, now it seems they only give the old chems.
  14. do you have the Shadow Enabler Patch from SOE running? if so, that's likely the problem.. not an issue with the plugin itself, it's just very taxing on performance unless you have a high end pc yes. i will disable it and see, thanks. edit that seems to have fixed it for now, thanks a lot, now i can get back to work
  15. i think it may have something do with the "light floor" object from soe pack. would it be safe to make an addon esp that removes this object, save and disable the plugin so the floors are all gone afterwards
  16. it happens sometimes while walking, after fast traveling, or entering a cell fast traveling to certain locations always causes it plugins
  17. i have a conquest settlement with 1187 objects in the glowing sea that slows to a slideshow, at first i thought there was just too much stuff but someone said that's on the low side for them. the thing is, it was fine with a similar number of objects for a while and turned bad at an unspecified point, both in the original save and another save transerred with blueprint
  18. sorry for the delay, i forked an old save in the hopes that it would solve the problem. it did not, i still crash inevitably in the city areas. i don't use the unofficial patch as i've heard it conflicts with a lot of things no message, it just straight out closes no beyond the borders i will try the ini thing, edit it didn't work now it's crashing when i try to fast travel from an area but also happens if i stay around there, effectively stranding me in a city block
  19. i'm surprised that (to my knowledge) this hasn't been made, but i don't think a huge addition would be necessary, just replace the enemies in the powerplant with minutemen or gunners or something thanks i don't really have much else to say on it, but i think i'll be putting off the end of the dlc until it happens or i try and fail to do it myself
  20. happens any time i go near the central urban area or try to enter the mechanist lair (it happens while loading on fasttravel) i'm aware there's already a thread sorta about this but for my specific load order: i've used loot, or tried to disabling "the code" delays the crash but it still happens when i get a little closer or wait a while i would give up and fork from a much earlier save but i've spent a lot of time on settlements, maybe i'll try and import them over if that tool thing allows importing mod objects
  21. reloading a save postponed it, but it still happens intermittently. i just had to waste a dozen saves because it started creeping up unnoticed, and i don't see a way to stop it. any help please
  22. beginning from an uncertain point, the damage rating of all my guns (not grenades) steadily increased until they were about 4 times as powerful. i disabled the most recent mods (it happened some time after their installation) and it didn't fix it, reloading an earlier save and it still happened. any ideas
  23. no, how do i use those? i've heard bad things about loot i think, so i'm not sure
