still waiting patiently........ hope there is a hero that doesn't wear a cap

So I have given up or so when I encountered this problem previously but cleared it by investing 22 hours on top of it by coincidence and encountered them again. My mod list maybe big but many have noting to do with actual gameplay change mostly weapon armour and other texture mod some magic some mods like whiterun spurce and JK whiterun maybe responsible for whiterun crash but the game still crashes after disabling them so are they changing any scripts or adding shits I dont know I lowered my settings as much I could as ram was 7 gb but it still crashes as for overworld freezing problem I found out that mostly location editors maybe problem like forgotten dungeon sink hole and JK town mods I even worked around got in sin hole where uit was crashing by disabling previous mentained mods but after enabling some back and forth the problem continued. Please I beg your time I made the problem as simple and explainatory as I could my specs monitor 16000x900 Cpu amd fx4350 ram 8 gb graphics gtx 650 load order

You know how the Modern style minigun are such badass with their black colors ? Please ! Someone can make a Dillion m134 minigun mod for Fallout 4 ! Or The least can you make a black coating mod cause the Minigun in fallout 4 looks just like rippe" of from GTA sananders (OK fallout 4 fanboys I know Bethesda created the model themselves and it makes F4 more realistic bla bla more imerssive bla bla But its dumb.
